Phil Blake

Born and raised in Asheville, NC, I graduated from Appalachian State University with a B.S.B.A. I never left Asheville because of its rich mountain heritage and its majestic surroundings. Western North Carolina features so many diverse yet compatible amenities; The Blue Ridge Parkway, The Biltmore Estate, The Grove Park Inn Resort and Spa, the Carl Sandburg home, the Thomas Wolfe Memorial and a city full of culture and flair.

The area's homes vary from rustic log cabins to multi-million dollar estates -
and I've done them all!

My experience in appraising homes includes neighborhoods such as Coventry Woods, Devonshire, Biltmore Park, Biltmore Lake, Biltmore Forest, The Cliffs at Walnut Cove, The Ramble, Cotswold, Beaverdam Run, Lakeview Park, Grove Park and numerous other neighborhoods in the Buncombe County area. I also have expeirence in Black Mountain, Swannanoa, Weaverville, Leicester, Barnardsville, Alexander, Candler, Arden, Fletcher and Avery's Creek.

I have taught the North Carolina Appraisal State Licensing courses at AB-Tech and have trained several appraisers in the area.  And I've had some pretty interesting experiences...

Thanks for taking time to visit Blake Appraisals.  If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me.
